Cluster not working right

Cluster not working right
Okay so I got a 92 eg hatch
1) my speedometer only works when it wants to an this is cause my launch control to not work. It will work sometimes but the out of nowhere it will drop right down to 0. Or sometimes it won't work then jump to the right speed.
2) my cluster lights are not working either. All the little lights like high beam seatbelt an everything work but speedo, tack, temp, an gas lights don't work. I've tried searching these an all I found is that people say it's the dimmer. But I don't even have a dimmer for those lights in my car
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
