Default Okay I Searched - How to check surface head 'levelness'?

I have a straightedge to use but I mean we're looking for .002 max difference. Not like I'm going to see that by my eye I don't think.

Get a feeler gauge and use it WITH the straight edge.

Not my car, it's my friends. Cheaper the better & the more money for me in the end.

its fairly easy to diy measure block warpage,

once you do get a feeler gauge and straightedge, google how to do it, its easy

Fair enough. I apologize for the smart *** response. However you may be able to find a friendly machine shop to show you or at least tell you how as well.

But I'm sure someone on here will chime in!
