2004 accord radio problems

Can anyone tell me why my radio turns itself off and on even when the motor is shut down and the key is out?

sounds like the radio may have an internal short in it. maybe its time for a replacement one or send that one out to get fixed

This is the third radio from Honda. Could this have anything to do with the service bulletin numbered 04-027?

Well i think the radio needs to be fixed or changed.I'll suggest you to get a new radio.that will be better ,as there wont be any problem with it.
