Here is a "how-to". I don't have a tool list, but you will need a spring compressor that fits between the coils (hard to find nowadays), a decent jack, some jack-stands, a metric wrench set, a metric socket set, a torque wrench, a breaker bar, and some PB Blaster (penetrating oil). Just make sure you don't torque off the heads of any of the bolts in the rear suspension. If you do you will be hurting. All those bolts get rusted solid very easily and will require some professional attention to remove without breaking. Be careful...

No you don't. I'm lowered -2.5" in my 94 Civic with no camber adjustment parts, and my camber is just fine for performance driving. (-2.5* front & -1.5* rear). Camber kits cause more problems anyways. As long as you take the car to get a 4-wheel alignment to fix the toe settings after it's lowered, you'll be all set.

Keep your stock rubber ones. They are better anyways since poly can cause binding and bearings are not meant for the street. Just make sure to follow the instructions I gave you and reset them all after it's lowered. Otherwise the rubber will wear out very quickly...

I don't know where you guys have been searching, but this sticky thread has an excellent write-up with lots of detailed pictures showing you exactly what to do:

Just ignore the parts about modifying the upper mount and bump-stops, because those are specific to installing Koni dampers.

That's a good one as well. Except the fact that he put coilovers on the stock dampers
