It's your ECU relay. This is very common for that generation accord. The relay is under the steering wheel, secured by a few 10mm nuts, I think. Because of where it sits, it can get very cold and very hot, which stresses the solder points on the relay. When they get warm, especially in the summer months, they develop a crack which can go all the way around the solder point and cause the connection to fail. All you need to do is remove the relay take the plastic cover off, touch all the solder points with a small solder gun and re-melt the solder, wait for it to cool, then put it back in.

The reason it starts fine in the morning is because it's cold. When you let it sit on blacktop for eight hours, though, it bakes, and makes the connection fail. You can find a how-to on the solder repair if you look on google I think. It might even be on here. The one I found had pictures, too.
