Default what does "loaded calipers" mean?

sorry for the newbie question

When shopping online for calipers I come across the term "loaded calipers".
The pricing does seem to be more for a "loaded caliper" vs. non loaded caliper.

So my question is what does "loaded caliper" include?
- caliper
- bracket
- pads
?
