i opened it like five minutes ago and now it won't open from either inside or outside
i have a 95 honda civic dx manual windows and doors anyone know how to fix this?

What exactly is it doing? Does it feel normal when you pull the handle? Does the lock feel like it's working normal? Any noises?

sounds like the rod that goes from your handles to the door lock has came off maybe

yea locks are working fine no noises or anything its just not opening im pretty sure it has something to do with the lock hinge. all the the long thin metal rods are still intact but still will not open. i just want to find a way to get the door open any suggestsions?

can you not reach in and pull the rod cause if the rods are moving properly it should open have you tried shoving on the door as you try to open to make sure it isnt jammed up

This is a tough one... I've never come across where both handles didn't work. It's going to be tough to get this open since you can't get the door card off with the door closed, and you need to get to the internals. I'm stumped, so bump for you.

ive tried pulling the rods i was able to get the door panels off i have tried everything to get it unlocked.

it maybe be jammed by something. i recently washed the car and water does leak in so that might be it?!?!

wellas you try opening the door shove on it real hard and yea its a hard one ive never heard of ine not opening with eaither handle unless rods where off to the lock if that dnt work get some dicer and spray in to the lock if you can

strap a come along to it. and rip the bisch off.

this is wierd. had this happen on my 99 accord.

check the plastic bushings that connect the rod to the handle and so forth.

Sounds like a bad latch. Which can be a pain in the *** because you will have to take the door panel off inside the car and drill the latch out. I hate it when that happens it is not a fun job.
