"A B16 block will always use B16 headstuds no matter what B-series VTEC head because of the blocks deck. A GSR, LS/VTEC, B20/VTEC will use GSR headstuds no matter what B-series VTEC head."
The B16 head studs will work, but they just won't stick up as far as the GSR ones cuz the GSR ones are a little longer.

No you can't use the LS ones. You have to use the VTEC head studs. Either the GSR or B16. I would just get the GSR ones because they're longer than the B16 ones.

No they aren't the same here are a couple sites that you can find more info and numbers for them.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/tech-misc-15/block-deck-height-differences-b18a-b-b16a-b16b-b18c-b20-1312642/
http://www.zealautowerks.com/bseries.html
B18A/B: 211.84mm
B18C: 212.39mm
I'm pretty sure there can me a little variance in these numbers, but I don't believe there are the same.
