95 LX: Front passenger, hard brake line leak
The brake hose was leaking so I replaced that. Then during bleeding the hard line just above the hose starting leaking from underneath the black coating. I peeled off about two inches of the black coating and exposed some good line. Any good way to repair this?
Running the a new line over to the prop valve looks like about as much fun as a poopy flavored lolly pop. Especially since this line is on the very bottom of the valve and I see no way to access it without magic.
Is there enough room to get a flaring tool on the line there and throw a new two inch or so piece of line in there? I have a tiny line cutting tool, but even cutting out the bad section will be tough. The line doesn't flex away from the wheel well very much, and I'm not sure how much "bendability" it has left if I try to bend out to get more room?
