Re: help with clutch

Resurface flywheel. Get an OEM replacement clutch like Exedy. You aren't pushing enough torque to warrant anything beefier.

Re: Silencer for 96-00 Civic Coupe Yonaka Catback

These don't come with silencers. You'll have to get a universal replacement and drill a mounting hole possibly.

Re: 1996 Civic EX oil leak

Um, what?
Clean the area thoroughly so you can identify exactly where the leak is coming from.

Re: B-16 swap into EG ( question on cable and hydro clutch cables?????

I don't think the CRX came with a B16 in the US ever? In any case, cable to hydro conversion kit.

But, I'm no expert in ancient swaps.

Re: NEED HELP WITH INSTALLATION!

If you have the wiring diagrams (the instruments that should tell you "what wire is what"), and you still don't get it then you're in over your head. Take it to a shop.

Re: Exhaust option

Oh. You're not getting 10 horsepower out of that engine. Don't care what kind of engineer you are or what you think you know. I've done the research over the years for dozens of NA bolt-on...

Re: 1992 CX running at 3 cylinders

Stop pulling plug wires with the engine running before you blow the coil. I'm surprised you haven't already.

Re: Exhaust option

But out of all that, you have no clue what exhaust to get for your EF. You'll gain what? 10 horsepower maybe? You actually think you'll feel any of it? Keep deluding yourself. And backpressure is a...

Re: Exhaust option

You won't get any bump in horsepower with a catback on a D-series engine. Especially not any stinking engine in an old ass EF. Dynos have proven it. All you'll be doing is shifting the power band...

Re: Next Best Option for OEM headlights

They have not sold because they are of good quality I can bet you that. These have sold because they are dirt cheap. Period. You're looking at a crap shoot in regards to fitment and/or integrity (ie;...

Re: losing power when Vtec engages?

Bullshit. Octane booster doesn't make up that much of a difference.

Re: 2000 civic si - losing antifreeze?

The pressure test is the first thing you should so. You understood nothing.

If your heater core is leaking you probably would have smelled it by now.

Re: d16z6 rebuild questions

Wow. You are going to go with what this guy said without checking yourself? He really didn't tell you anything. If you researched you would know that.

There is no need to build for low compression...
