am i wrong or is the aem ems what they call a piggyback system?

i thought that was the typical way you can get any type of mapping on the motor

boring to 75.5mm is generally if you have cylinder damage @ 75mm and have to redo the walls

.5mm doesnt greatly do any displacement improvement for the money and is typically for repairing work

the rotor should only be able to go on in one position because the hole and shaft are "half circle" shaped

if your talking about the rotor is in a position where you cant expose the screw to...

could be low fuel pressure or clogging injectors, or could be an exhaust leak before the o2 sensor, these are guesstimates to get you on the right track

intercoolers and piping from ebay are ok though seeing as they dont have to implement any moving parts or extremely hot temps

i would say you should replace all the other parts with name brand...

any gasket will work man,

hondata gaskets block heat transfer from the head to the intake manifold but it costs a bit extra
